The pupil premium is additional funding given to publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and close the gap between them and their peers.
In 2014/15 the school received £97,015 in pupil premium.
The pupil premium money was spent in the following ways:
Attainment for Pupil Premium Pupils is generally lower than the average for the main cohort. However, attainment shows many areas where the gap to national expectation has closed reflecting the expected or better progress of these pupils.
Achievement, attainment and progress, for pupil Premium Pupils are considered carefully by each Head of Department.
